Pastors' Greeting
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want to welcome you to the
St. Paul UAME website. I believe that as you navigate through our site, you will come
face to face with a church that has seen a revival take place that can only be explained as
a miracle.
Having been to the point of giving up hope, the Lord has revitalized and rejuvenated this
tiny, yet constantly growing Church. I am proud to pastor a church where the people are
putting the past behind, and enjoying the promise of a great future that is in store. From
the greetings that you receive at the door by our Ushers, to the smiles that you get
throughout the services, you will feel like you have found a place where people really do
care.
The Lord has changed my life around so drastically that I believe he has blessed me to be
a part of helping others see that same drastic change in there life. Through the guidance
of the Holy Spirit I will continue to seek wisdom from the Lord to guide the people of
this great church into a greater relationship with Christ as well as a life they can be proud
of.
I am especially proud that the Lord has given me a great wife and friend in Sister
Tawanna Young. She has been an inspiration to me as I watch her grow right before my
eyes. My children, Tanisha, Wayne, and Tameah have been a constant reminder of how
the Lord has richly blessed me in spite of how many mistakes I have made in my past.
Finally, I want to invite you to a church where the Pastor is real, the people will not judge
you, and the environment will make you understand that through Christ, all things are
possible.
